This SAP article will guide you all about “How to Assign Sales Office to Sales Area in SAP” step by step with screenshots. In this step, you can allocate as many sales offices as desired to the sales areas. Any one sales office canbelong to several sales areas at the same time. The sales areas previously defined are automatically proposed as defaults for allocation.
Actions :- Assign the sales offices to the sales areas.

Steps to Assign Sales Office to Sales Area in SAP

Step 1 :- Follow the below menu path

• IMG menu Path :- SPRO > SAP Implementation guide > Enterprise structure > Assignment > Sales and Distribution > Assign sales office tosales area

Step 2 :- Click on “New entries” to assign all sales offices to sales area.

Step 3 :- In next new entries screen, update the following data.

1. SOrg :- Update the Sales Organization code


2. Dchl :- Update the distribution channel code


3. DV :- Update the division code


4. SOff :- Update the sales office code

Step 4 :- After updating all the information click on save icon to save the configured data.
